PLACING AN ORDER

Q. What are the benefits for placing order Directly from Abiie?

  Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority.   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Since we're the company who manufacturing Abiie products as well, we offer you the choice that nobody else in the retail industry can; the FREE 90 days extended warranty plan on every purchase at our Abiie eStore.

Q. How do I receive the 90 days Extended Warranty Plan?
A.
First, you must complete purchase of Abiie product from Abiie eStore. To receive the Extended Warranty Plan, the product must be registered within 60 days of purchase at Abiie Product Registration page.  Enter your Purchase Order Number (as stated on the sales receipt) at the "comment field". Once our staff complete the registration process, the 90 days extended plan will be assigned to your account and recorded in our database.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal. 
 
Q. How is my order shipped? 
A.
 
For fastest delivery, products are shipped to you from our warehouse in Houston, TX or Las Vegas, NV. Delivery times may vary, but most items will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Rush and Next Day delivery is available for many items; additional charges apply. 
 
Q. Can an order be shipped to more than one address? 
A.
Absolutely. Simply add another delivery address and specify your delivery options for each item during checkout if you are ordering more than one of the same item. 
 
Q. Do you ship to my country? What are the delivery charges? 
A.
Shipping prices for delivery outside the U.S. including APOs and FPOs vary based on the destination. For more information, email us (myquestion@abiie.com) prior to placing an order.  
 
Q. What is the return policy? 
A.  If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return it directly to the merchant (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days for exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally. For further assistance, call our Customer Care Center at (877) 572-7333. 
 
Q. How do I check on the status of my order?

Simply login to your account, click on "Order history" enter your order number or purchase date, and you'll be able to review the current status of your order. 
 
Q. What happens if my order is on backorder? 
A.
Our merchants typically maintain stock on all of their items. However, there are times when things run out. We do our best to verify availability, and to notify you of any known delays that would affect the timely processing of your order. Available merchandise will be shipped immediately upon processing with any out of stock or backordered merchandise to be shipped separately upon availability. You may request to cancel your backordered merchandise. 
 
Q. What if I need to cancel or change an order? 
A.
Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. When an order is placed at Abiie eStore and all of the billing and shipping information has been accepted by the system, the order is immediately conveyed to our warehouse for shipment. Normally, we are can adjust an order if it was placed within 1 business day.
